Cannot Start Backup Scheduler in VDP 5 - VDP Scheduer Won´t start

If the backup is not running, you can have a problem with backup scheduler.

This problem occur when the VDP reach at limit of space.

To resolve this you have to ack all alarms with this command below

0. access the vdp Console ou from SSH.
1. su - admin
2. mccli event show --unack=true | grep "22631"
3. If the #2 returns events, run the next command
4. mccli event ack --all=true


after the command be executed you have to start Backup Scheduler.

Log in via web

https://<ip address of VDP>:8543/vdp-configure
In Status click on Backup Scheduler - Start

You must have the backup working again.
